Professional Experience
My professional experience combines customer operations, training support, quality assurance, leadership, research, and communication. While my background began in customer-facing roles, it gradually expanded into employee development, performance analysis, reporting, and project-based research. The experiences below highlight the skills and responsibilities that have shaped my professional growth.
Customer Operations & Quality Assurance
For more than eight years, I have worked in high-volume customer-facing and communication-focused roles across fundraising, market research, customer service, and renewable energy industries. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, explain complex information clearly, maintain detailed documentation, and consistently meet performance goals in fast-paced environments.
At Good Merits, I process donor transactions support payment conversion efforts in a high-volume remote environment. I am regularly selected by management to assist with onboarding new validators, demonstrate workflows, answer operational questions, and provide real-world examples of successful donor interactions.
My background also includes quality assurance reviews, performance analysis, process evaluation, and customer support, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of both customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Leadership, Training & Team Support
While serving as Assistant Manager at American Power Solutions, I supported a sales team of up to 20 employees and became one of the youngest supervisors within the organization. My responsibilities included employee coaching, quality assurance reviews, performance tracking, interviewing candidates, onboarding support, and assisting with personnel decisions.
I created performance reports for company leadership, analyzed appointment conversion trends, evaluated scripting effectiveness, and helped identify opportunities to improve team performance. I also handled customer escalation calls and appointment-closing interactions, ensuring prospective customers met qualification requirements before being scheduled for consultations.
I also represented the company at home shows, conventions, fairs, and community events throughout Florida, helping generate leads and engage prospective customers. Following these events, I independently managed follow-up outreach, qualified leads, verified eligibility requirements, and coordinated appointment scheduling for residential consultations.
Today, I continue to support employee development by serving as the primary shadowing and onboarding resource for new validators at Good Merits, helping new hires gain confidence in systems, workflows, and communication strategies.

Research, Communication & Community Engagement
Throughout both my professional and academic experiences, I have developed strong skills in research, communication, documentation, and information gathering.
At Opinion Access, I conducted structured survey interviews across healthcare, political, and market research campaigns while maintaining strict adherence to survey protocols and data collection standards.
My academic work at the University of Central Florida further strengthened these abilities through interdisciplinary research projects, stakeholder interviews, service-learning initiatives, presentations, and written analyses exploring topics such as implicit bias, educational equity, media representation, and community engagement.
Across both professional and academic settings, I have consistently enjoyed work that involves learning new information, identifying patterns, organizing information, and communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
